What is your Privacy Policy?
Bsuperior Wrestling does not share any of your information to third parties. Your shipping address may be shared with USPS for shipping purposes. Your credit card information is used only through PayPal and Stripe credit card processors for your payment, and is NOT stored.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed after 2:00 pm PST will be processed the next business day. Our business days are Monday-Friday. Order of 2 items or less will be sent First Class mail. Order of 3 or more will be shipped Priority Mail. We currently ship out of the Bay Area, Ca.
Do you ship outside the USA?
We currently do not ship outside of the USA. We anticipate for our brand to ship outside the USA in the near future. Keep updated through our Instagram account @bsuperiorwrestling for announcements.
Will I receive a notification when I place my order?
You will receive a confirmation to the email address you provided within 1-2 hours of purchase.
I have received my order, but something is missing, damaged or wrong, what should I do?
We apologize for any mistake. Please contact us through the Contact link and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. Please allow within 24 hours for a response.
Can I make a return?
NO REFUNDS. EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days from when shipment is received. All exchanges dependent on existing stock. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the items back to return address. Please contact us and our customer service team will be happy to assist you. Please allow 24 hours for a response.
Will my tee’s shrink?
Each tee design will have their specific material makeup which will vary the fit after wash. Still, if you tumble dry, especially at higher temperatures, some shrinkage may occur. If you want your tee to shrink as little as possible, for best results, wash cold and hang to dry. Washing cold is also the best for retaining color and print quality.
